Guided Meditation Group Miami, Doral, Saturday August 20, 2011
There will be a meditation group on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 10:00 am. This will be a 1 hour meditation group. The first half will be instruction in different meditation methods, tools and practices, the second half will be a guided meditation.
As a medium, my spirit guides read the energy of the group and influence me to guide the meditation in a way that produces a productive, peaceful and healing group meditation experience for all participants.
This meditation group is not religious, we follow a spiritual path of oneness with our creator, our higher power, no matter which way It may manifest for us individually. All religions and beliefs are welcome.
