Meditation class in Doral, Miami, Florida. Meditation groups are non-denominational. Consciousness Meditation is a spiritual meditation. The goal is to let go of stress, preoccupation about the past or anxiety about the future and anchor our spiritual energy in the present.

As a medium my spirit guides influence the meditation and guide it according to the energy of the people participating in each group.
