Consciousness Meditation group Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Miami, Doral

Thanks to everyone that came last Saturday for our Consciousness Meditation group. The next group will be on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 9:30 am.

Consciousness meditation groups are open to all levels of experience and spiritual backgrounds.This is a non-religious group. The meditation is a Spiritual Meditation, the goal is to let go of stress, anxiety and other negativities and look to our inner guidance as we affirm the Divinity in each of us.

As a Medium, my Spirit Guides influence the meditation and guide it in a way that will produce a productive meditation, according to the energies of those that participate in each group.

During the first part of the group we speak about different meditation techniques and other spiritual or metaphysical topics as brought up by the group. We close each meditation group with a 30 minute Guided Consciousness Meditation. The cost to participate is $20.00. Space is limited. Please RSVP calling 305-814-3388 or email.
