Meditation group open to all levels of experience, Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 10:00 am

I am pleased to announce a meditation group for Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 10:00 am. This will be a 1 hour meditation group. The first half will be instruction in different meditation methods, tools and techniques. The second half will be a guided meditation.

As a medium, my spirit guides read the energy of the group and influence me to guide the meditation in a way that produces a group meditation experience that is productive for all participants. This meditation group is not religious, we follow a spiritual path of oneness with our creator, our higher power, whichever way this may manifest for us. All religions and beliefs are welcome.
